“101 Seconds” Film Screening and Town Hall - Ashland

Saturday October 27th - Ashland Street Cinema - 11am-2PM

State of Safety will be bringing the documentary film 101 Seconds to people across the state to increase awareness about the issue of Safe Gun Storage and to have a dialogue with the communities about their views on what we should do to reduce gun violence.

The Ashland Screening and discussion panel will be held at the Ashland Street Cinema from 11:00am to 2:00pm.

State of Safety, a new statewide organization dedicated to reducing gun violence across Oregon, is hosting a series of film screenings throughout the state. At each of the locations, we will show the documentary film “101 Seconds” and then conduct a town hall style meeting with community members in attendance. The goal of this film screening series is to both raise awareness about the issue of Safe Gun Storage, as well as to connect with potential supporters and volunteers to help us in our legislative and electoral efforts for 2018.
